Position - Head IR (Blue Collar)
Qualification - 2 Year fulltime MBA/MSW
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle IR for Blue Collar Employees
- Handle internal union
- Handle E2E employee grievances, union, payroll, canteen admin etc.
- Long term wage settlement
Signing LTS :
- Someone who has handled contract labor and compliances related to that
- External relationships, govt. officials, statutory labor commissioners.
- Good Communication skills
- Gravitas, scale, complex IR issues.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handling all employee grievances, disputes, and complaints.
- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies.
- Design and development of ER policy, processes and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organisation
- Set direction, create policy and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and industrial relations issues.
- Support HR Head in annual CL Manpower budgeting, Planning & deployment.
- Identify current & potential risks at site and evolve plans to mitigate.
- Build IR skills and expertise across the HR department, including capabilities in labour legislations.
- Co-ordinate and integrate all IR activity across the business into a coherent plan
- Support and align cultural and behavioural change necessary for all corporate IR/ER programmes
