We are looking for Head - Industrial Content with one of top MNC Firm that employ more than 3 lacs employees with revenue of US$ 31.87 billion.

Job Description :

- Defines Industry Content management strategy by understanding strategic investment priorities of Industry Leadership

- Deliver structured, accessible, usable and relevant content

- Develops and populates the KX site pages with a core set of content with preparation

- Determines key assets and maintains them

- Ability to work closely with leadership in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment requiring the individual to manage simultaneously several tasks, while paying attention to detail and quality

- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all organizational levels with internal stakeholders

- Strategizes according to the metrics and results analysis Creates relevant and usable content

- Ensures transparency of contents created

- Promotes reuse of relevant key knowledge assets for the industry

- Trains and develop the Industry Content team. Ability/ experience in leading a team of 4-5. Will need to coach and mentor junior members in team and organize work efforts of own and other teams to ensure that milestones are met

- Shares best practices, insights and expertise with others

Education Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)

Work Experience : 10-12 years of overall experience working in the Resources (Utilities, Energy, Chemicals, Natural Resources) Industry or consulting roles

- Past experience in Content Management and/ or Program Management role is preferred

- Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships at an executive level and be viewed as a subject expert whose opinion is sought where necessary

- Ability to lead a team

- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
