Job Description :
- Conceptualise the advertising keeping in mind the branding of the customer
- Responsible for Sales and Profitability of the Fleet Graphics Division.
- Facilitating the entire new product development for Fleet Graphics including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development and testing activities.
- Review of entire Fleet Graphics Sales including Fleet Graphics, Retail, Railways and D- fense.
- Forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and goals.
- Preparing budget and monitoring expenditures of budgeted funds.
- Monitors costs, competition, and supply and demand to eliminate unprofitable items.
- Evaluating team performances to achieve projected sales quotas and profit margins.
Additional Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering or Science with post graduate in Sales & Marketing with minimum 15 years of experience in the area of Sales and Marketing with advertising agency
- Preferably having Institutional Sales Experience for Automotive Spares/ Accessories / Value Added Products.
- Functional expert in 3 areas of Institutional Sales Management, Customer Service & Business Development.
- Excellent Analytical skills, Leadership Skills and business acumen.
