Head - Indirect Taxation - CA

We have been retained by one of our MNC Clients to recruit for the following position

Client: Our client is one of the well known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.

Head- Indirect Taxation

Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibility:

- Manage all IDT matters (excluding customs compliance).

- Ensure all IDT compliance's ( VAT/CST/service tax/ excise/ are undertaken in time).

- Formulating effective and tax-efficient strategies

- Tax strategy for litigation

- Systems for Tax Compliance - Tax Payments, Returns, Refund Filings, Performance Reports, Monitoring the Obligations, etc.

- Preparing & implementing Tax Policies &Systems

- Co-ordinating with external consultants/ tax advisors in this regard.

- Coordinating for Excise, Customs, Service Tax, VAT/CST and STPI Audits

- Conducting Tax Due Diligences and Analysis

- Reviewing Tax compliances and Tax process.

- Maintain an updated litigation tracker.

Qualification:

- CA is must

- Around 10 years of relevant / post qualification work experience on indirect tax matters gained either from a big-4 consulting firm
