Responsibilities:

- Represent the company in litigated matters before various tax authorities.

- Analyze financial data to identify tax risks and opportunities.

- Establish and manage systems for tax risk management.

- Recommend tax strategies aligned with business goals.

- Stay updated on legislative developments in indirect taxes and advise management accordingly.

- Ensure minimal tax leakage and facilitate smooth audit closures.

- Handle queries and investigations from tax authorities.

- Represent the company in policy matters through industry forums.

- Provide customized training on tax matters to stakeholders.

- Optimize tax strategies as required.

- Identify and implement technological solutions for tax operations.

- Manage tax rates, classifications, and exemption documentation.

- Lead and motivate the tax team to foster a collaborative work environment.
