Designation - Head, Indirect Tax (DGM/GM)

Employer- Corporate Office of a Leading Telecom Company

Location - Mumbai, India

The role handles all issues pertaining to indirect tax for all 24 cicles and the corporate office of the company.

- The incumbent would be responsible for adding value to the indirect tax practices of the company through innovative strategy, basis existing legislations ensuring tax fficiency for all business operations. He/She would be responsible for reducing indirect tax costs and optimising indirect tax costs in pricing decisions. Manage all ndirect tax litigations and ensure compliance.

Requirement

A CA (batch 1997-2003) with at least 10 years experience with a consulting firm advising clients on indirect tax matters. Prefer candidates from Big 4 consulting firms, BMR advisors, Khaitan and Co, Vaish and co.,Grant Thornton, Economic Laws Pracice with experience in handling clients from Communications, Media and Technology sectors.
