Head - Indirect Procurement - FMCG/Telecom/Manufacturing Firm

- Procurement of Contact Centers, Consultancy, Insurance, Retail Stores, Customer Payment Processing Services, HR requirements, Indirect associates, Marketing in addition to circle sourcing, accounting for a total yearly spend.

- Controlling and reducing the Opex and Capex of the company via process engineering .

- Excellent stakeholder management - ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and driving business agenda.

- Ability to take independent decisions which makes positive business case for the company were solutions leading to faster delivery to our customers

- Partner/ Vendor management

- 10 years of work experience in handling service vendors. Experience in P2P process improvements would be an added advantage
