Our products serve tens of millions of customers which means a job here here offers countless ways to make an impact.

We are now setting up a cross-country Engineering & Analytics Team in Bangalore & Singapore to work on cutting edge products for solving data, intelligence and commerce problems to help expand our offerings and enter new markets and verticals.The Bangalore office will be fully functionally by Apr-June and will be housing 200+ members in the next few months.

Role & Responsibilities

The role requires initially collaborating with the Singapore Senior HR Team to setup the complete talent acquisition process for India office. Subsequently you will be expected to streamline the Talent Acquisition Processes and built the India team for fully managing this function.We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial and tech-savvy HR Managers who will be reporting to the Head HR in Singapore. Your key responsibilities will include-

1. Work with Senior Management to lay out the Talent Acquisition strategy for the entire business in India across all levels

2. Partner with India business- heads to identify and strategize on their hiring needs.

3. Identify and engage with recruitment/staffing partners, negotiate terms of service and alignment with our policies

4. Setup and Manage the end to end recruitment for from sourcing to on-boarding For India region.

5. Adopt various sourcing channels including popular job boards, social networking platforms, employee referral and sourcing partners. Deploy best practices for each channel to ensure proper effectiveness .

6. Develop compensation packages and India specific benefits structure

7. Continuously work to improve the overall efficiency of talent acquisition function by automation and deploying right hiring solutions.

8. Analyse and use data to drive decisions making for recruitment processes

9. Hire, train and build the required expertise and capacity within the talent acquisition team to support the business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. BA/BS in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience

2. MBA / Masters degree will be a plus and highly valued.

3. At least 7 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management for Internet / Technology / Ecommerce Industry.

4. Total Work Experience of 7 - 15 yrs.

5. Previous talent acquisition / HR work experience in mature technology startups will be highly valued.

6. Good knowledge of technology / recruitment software is preferred

7. Should have worked on both technical and non-technical requirements

Additional Information

- Location: Bengaluru

- Candidate should be flexible to travel to our other offices in South East Asia and frequently travel ( every month) to Singapore
