Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for:
- Revenue Expansion
- Evolve short & medium strategies to speed the growth
- Improve sales capacity & selling effectiveness
- Leading C+ level engagement
- Establish a strategic relationship with customer's top management
- Play a key role in evangelizing cutting edge technology solutions
- Business Reform Initiatives
- Formulate comprehensive sales strategy, sales structure
- Achieve rapid sales growth objectives for the next 3 years (New markets, segments, partner network etc)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales Policies Effective
- Technology Adoption to improve sales efficiency
- Supply Alignment
Profile:
You will be a successful candidate with:
- 15+ years of IT solution selling experience
- A managed high performing sales team
- Catered to large enterprises and indirect channels
- Experience of selling to BFSI clients preferred
