Position: India Business Head-Leading Consumer Insights Company
Role:
- Responsible for developing the overall business, deciding on commercial strategy for business growth and driving priorities
- To continuously and actively work with top leadership at Clients to better understand client needs and Personally engage with large clients
- Drive Strategy for business development of new clients and increase engagement with existing clients
- Continuously develop and enhance the Company's products to suit client needs
- Enhance sustainable and profitable topline growth
- Be a thought leader, engage with Media, Industry Bodies and the Government
- Lead and build a high performing and motivated team
- Continuously improve the Sales teams effectiveness with better trained Sales leaders and Sales processes
- Drive overall productivity through optimal use of resources for revenue and margin improvement and strategically allocate resources in critical growth areas
- Increase customer penetration of the Company's products and services
Requirements:
- MBA
- 18+ yrs of experience, with experience in leading sales and overall business/ business units in a Consumer Insights, FMCG, CPG, Retail, Pharma, Consumer Durables company
- Strong Sales and Customer Engagement experience
- A passion for consumer insights
- Strong financial, operational and business acumen
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Location: Mumbai/ Pune
