- India Asset Management Technology team is building technology platforms that support Asset Management business of the Bank. - India team is currently participating in key development platforms like - Data- Digital- - Smart Process Automation- - Business Intelligence- and others. The technology stack includes, but not limited to, Hadoop/ Big Data technologies usng Hadoop, Hive, Map Reduce,Spark, Java, Reactjs, ReactNative, JIRA, JAMA, Confluence, WorkFusion, QlikView, QlikSense etc. - The Head of India Asset Management Technology, will be responsible for all activities related to, and in support of, delivering high quality cost effective technology solutions by Pune teams. - Head-AM Tech will also participate in IT senior management long-term planning, policy development, development of solutions for our business partners, and support of existing solutions.&nbsp; - This position will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to application development policies and standards. - Significant experience in Asset Management Technology and associated vendor products &amp; their implementations - Understanding of SOA &amp; high-level IT architecture - Experience of working in matrix organization structure with hub &amp; off shore responsibilities distribution - IT development experience, including appropriate SDLC models - Experience in building Smart Process Automation applications using machine learning, NLP etc..
