We have over 18 years of retail domain experience which allows us to bring some of the best know processes to chain stores. Company handles 360 handles point of sales (POS), e-commerce, merchandising, campaigns and promotions, replenishment, accounting and financial reporting and demand planning. We have evolved with the complexities of the retail business and our products can handle multiple stores (upwards of 250 is no problem), multiple geographies, a multitude of vendors and product lines and, of course, every imaginable channel you are likely to use. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Responsibilities of this position include leading training and implementations for small to large scale Clients. This candidate must have excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations. This candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. They must possess initiative to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with clients. - The primary responsibility for this position is to lead successful implementations, meeting timelines and budget requirements. The Implementation Manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to stakeholders, Senior Management and Clients as needed. Additionally, the manager works with clients and may need to travel on-site to client meetings. Ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements is another responsibility. - The Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time. This role is responsible for scope management, change management, estimating impacts of scope change (timeline and cost) as well as managing project resources. CLIENT SKILLS REQUIRED : - Assess/evaluate client requirements and create project scope, manage project plan and schedule. - Desire to strongly lead clients - Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication. - Responsible for managing client expectations. - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously. - Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (Development, sales and support). - Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually. - Strong focus on team environment. - Troubleshooting is another required skill; responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations. POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILTIES : - Ensuring delivery according to project timelines in order to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast. - Responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Production Support team. - Configuration: Configure the application based on implementation plan. (This does not require knowledge of any development language) - Consulting: Be able to lead - Current State and Future state- assessments around functionality and/or Processes. - Presentation Skills: Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns. - Teamwork: Work closely with Solution Architects and/or Engagement Managers to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying client needs and follow-up activities. - Travel: Travel is required (25%) - Project Management: Responsible for providing stakeholders and/or clients with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memo- s, etc. - Documentation: Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the Engagement Manager and/or client. Assist team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new functionality rollouts. Create new deliverables/best practices for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements. Must be able to create new deliverables or follow standards of deliverables already in place. QUALIFICATIONS : - 12+ years related experience in implementing ERP class product - Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred - Experience in Retail industry - Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must. Other Inputs : - The person is going to lead the implementation team - and hence needs to be more polished, technical and good in customer communication and project management etc - ERP implementation experience/Retail Domain and technical skills are must.
