Head - IFRS - CA - Diamond Industry

We are looking at hiring IFRS - Head for one of our client in Diamond Industry. Below is the detailed Job Description for the same.

Job Description:

- Identifying the shortcomings in IFRS

- Providing suggestions and guidance for IFRS implementation

- Training existing and new staff

- Roll out of IFRS accounting policies

- Preparation of IFRS accounts locally and globally

- Financial statements supervision

- Interaction with Management and stakeholders on need basis

- Data Management related to IFRS

Candidate specifications:

- 2 groups will be assigned to each IFRS Lead.

- Candidate should have 10 years of experience post qualification, 3-4 years of core IFRS experience required.

- The candidate should be from either Big 4 consulting firms or MNCs, Age: 33 - 40 yrs, should have cleared CA in first attempt, excellent academic track record right from 10th standard.

- Ability to train Jr. Staff in IFRS

- Should be fine to travel extensively since has to manage around 10 subsidiaries
