Head - IFRS

About Company: It is an outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide.

Designation: Head IFRS Consolidation.

Location: Mumbai.

Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude)

Education : Minimum : B.Com from reputed institution

Additional : CA and completed his article training from big four companies

Additional Qualification: Management degree preferred

Experience:

- Post qualification experience of 12-15 years in IFRS consolidation .

- Preference will be given to candidates having experience of consolidating multiple entities books of accounts. Entities should be located in different countries.

- Preferably having worked with reputed MNC or big four audit firms.

- Experience in listed companies and/or leveraged P.E-owned private companies.

- Experience with financial reporting to banks, lenders and/or rating agencies

Knowledge & Key Skills :

- Well versed with IFRS and other accounting standards

- Working knowledge of ERP Implementation and Information Systems (SAP & SharePoint)

- Knowledge of SAP BPC & BI a plus.

Apart from the JD, the following points will have to be considered as well :

- Hedge accounting

- Cash flow consolidation

- Capital consolidation

- Analysis of the monthly results of the Group companies

- Year-end audits

- Maintenance & implementation of Accounting manuals of the Group

- Analysis of new IFRS standards.
