Managing complete IFA (independent financial advisors) network, across south location, operating from Bangalore. - Handling team of sales executives across south. Job role of sales executive : The role involves identifying CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth&nbsp;Advisors, Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empaneling them as Independent Financial Distributors - Training new empaneled IFDs to effectively use digital&nbsp;platform and Mobile app for providing Knowledge on&nbsp;Primary Market Products (like MF, NFO- s, IPO- s, NCDs,&nbsp;Capital Markets products, Bonds and Corporate Fixed&nbsp;Deposits, etc.). - Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial&nbsp;products on ongoing basis. - The person should have good understanding of client&nbsp;(IFDs) needs in Primary market products. - Acquiring new IFDs &amp; advising them on primary market&nbsp;products. - Organizing events to develop the Business of IFDs.
