This requirement is for the Top Role in HR with a leading global service provider.

The person must be a having a Master's degree in Human Resources (2 year, full Time course) from XLRI / TISS / IIM or any other Premier B school only.

Role Overview:

- This is a Head HR role with key components of business partnership, employee connect, HR efficiency and promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs and directing staff. This positions will be supporting the business by identifying and developing HR solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

Strong focus on employee connect and developing and implementing engagement strategies along with business managers - key aspects will include retention, training and morale of the workforce Handles employee relations issues, grievance handling, movements and transfers.

Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

Lead and ensure the smooth, profitable functioning of HR Functions at Corporate and Business Levels across geographies

Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Able to energize and inspire others to commit to and take action on business priorities

Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountability, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.

Ensure the performance management processes are implemented in the right spirit.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience between 12-16 years with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

A person with very strong interpersonal skills and people management experience.

Excelling in all functions of HR like - Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, Organizational Astuteness, People Skills, Retaining Employees.
