We are hiring a HR head for one of the fast growing Startup from our portfolio, Mosaic Wellness. About Mosaic Wellness Mosaic Wellness is building digital first, full stack, healthcare platforms for different consumer segments (manmatters.com for Men's Health ; bebodywise.com for Women's Health etc ) working toward one mission: To help Indians lead more fulfilling lives surrounded by wellness and grace. Elective health has been a large latent gap in India with the knowledge & support for issues like Hair Loss, Sexual Health missing due to the taboo nature of the topics and other therapeutic areas like Skin Health and Nutrition often unsolved due to a glut of information. This warranted a consumer first approach in building digitally native full stake healthcare platforms to provide integrated care (products & services) and engagement (content & community). Started in May 2020, Man Matters is now the largest Men's health platform, serving more than 100K Men a month across Primary Care, Diagnostics in hey therapeutic areas of Hair Loss and Sexual Health. Started in May 2021, Be Bodywise is the largest integrated Women's Health platform serving more than 60K women a month in the areas of PCOS, Hair & Skin Health. What you'll be doing in this role - Drive the end-to-end people manifesto at Mosaic Wellness - be the people champion, attract and hire the best talent, and enable our employees to thrive and deliver in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Help achieve high employee-NPS - Help drive initiatives around culture, integration and making Mosaic a great place to work - Spearhead recruitment to attract the best talent to Mosaic Wellness - Build employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition - Conceptualize & drive Employee Engagement. Develop and implement innovative engagement schemes and interventions to achieve and sustain high engagement - Own and Evolve the company's people processes (including Performance Management, Rewards Management, Benefits, Inductions, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Training and Development, Exits). - Ensure comprehensive HR support is provided to the organization - communicating HR policies, facilitating line management towards higher employee engagement - Plan and implement HR automation across processes - Lead the HR team, and enable each team member to drive initiatives What you need to have - - Hunger to drive the people agenda of a fast-paced and fast-growing startup. High growth comes with its allied flux, and you must have an ability to be comfortable in such an environment - Experience in driving HR in a fast growing environment - "Years of experience" is not a bar, quality of experience and hunger is - Experience of managing different facets of HR (recruitment, performance, culture, etc.) - Experience at startups is a big plus - Having managed a team is a plus - Demonstrated success in recruiting high caliber candidates - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and interact with colleagues across different levels and backgrounds - A quick learner and influencer - Strong Analytical skills The position can be based out of Mumbai or Bangalore.
