They have been doubling year on year for the past 5 years and have an employee strength of 200 employees, most of them fairly young. - As a Head - HR you will work closely with the founders and will be responsible to build and drive HR strategy across the organization. - You will lead the HR team comprising of Talent Acquisition, HRBP & HR Ops sub-functions. You will be a thought leader who will strive to build a best-in-class workplace through your HR interventions. Some of your main KRA's will be : - Create an HR Business Plan and do the HR Budgeting - Create best in class HR Policies - Build an Organisational Culture - Devise a Recruitment Strategy to cater to the rapid growth - Develop a Compensation & Benefits Strategy & Structure - Develop Performance Management Systems - Ensure employees are happy, productive and there is minimal attrition - Employer Branding to attract best-in-class talent across levels. You need to have : - A premier institute Full-Time MBA in Human Resource - 7 - 9 years of post-MBA experience in max. 2 - 3 different corporates including a startup. (Not more than 35 years in age) - You need to be a people's person with strong leadership abilities - Should be comfortable working in a rapidly growing organization. - An excellent communicator you will need to ensure that the chaos of growth is managed well and people's productivity is effectively channelized to meet the company's goals.
