Qualifications:
MBA (HR) / Certified HR Professional Experience
Experience:
At least 15 years managerial experience preferably in the field of Education.
Key Areas :
- Ability to draft and roll out new policies.
- Change Management skills - Looking at changing a lot of current systems/processes in the University.
- Communication skills (Fluency in English - Pronunciation and grammar par excellence) : Besides other stakeholders. Will be interacting with one of the International University with whom we have a tie-up. Need to roll out some of their good policies.
The Head - HR has overall responsibility for University's personnel (teaching & non-teaching staff) and training strategy, enabling university objectives and ensuring the best use of its human assets by developing and maintaining innovative, effective and forward-looking human resources strategies, practices and procedures.
He or she will contribute to the overall University strategy and policy-making by advising the University Director on the personnel and/or human resource implications of its decisions.
