- Experience in Developing & Implementing corporate plans for Compensation & Benefits,
- Learning & Development, Reward & Recognition , Employee Engagement & Retention, HR Operations & Talent Acquisition ,
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders & Develop short term ,Mid-term & Long term organization strategies, and act as change agent,
- Monitoring Stakeholder Management with internal and external business partners for smooth functioning of the business,
- Proactively look for ways to innovate and improve the hiring techniques, with programs designed for Graduate Trainee/ Management Trainee inclusions, for delivering projects and process enhancements that positively impact the business,
- Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and Policies,
- Create and Manage talent strategies for performance management, staffing and career progression at all levels,
- Design and administer Compensation Strategy and Employee Benefit plans to attract best industry talent,
- Monitor, adherence and adoption of HR & Companies Policies as well as HR systems by Employees,
- Responsible for HR Budgets creation and utilization linked to outcomes,
- Report to Directors by analyzing data and using HR metrics,
- Ensuring compliance on regulations and liaise with legal counsel on complex matters,
- Responsible for Training Plans on soft skills & Technical Training for all cadres and leadership development programs for grooming- breed of potential leaders,
- Insure succession planning for critical roles across organization and identifying potential leaders,
- Lead the HR team to enhance their competencies and provide the necessary guidance.
