1. Overall responsibility of handling HR function.
2. Formulating the HR systems and strategies appropriate to the company's mission and vision.
3. Recruiting the right candidates for the organization.
4. Supervisory role for General Administration like travel, office administration etc.
5.Keeping the management informed on HR and ER policies, as needed to preserve and facilitate company strategy.
6. Planning and directing employee training and development programs.
7. Inculcating productive work culture for the employees.
8. Ensuring statutory compliances with existing labor laws / laws.
9. Conducting fair performance appraisal for the employees.
