- The position is responsible for overall strategy formulation & management of Shared Services HR & Facilities

- Act as a responsible business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals. E.g Relevant Organization Structures; Productivity & Efficiencies; consult on new business initiatives;

- Partner and support overall SSC KPIs.

- Partner with Business Head / corporate wrt talent management at middle & senior management level

- Partner function heads & business wrt bench marking & best practice sharing & communication of biz agenda

- Part of the core leadership team for business reviews and strategy planning

- Part of national project team for blue print /execution of projects and employer of choice engagement.

- The incumbent is responsible to identify the organizational and people requirements and drive the activities of HR Team to deliver best practice solutions.

- The incumbent will be responsible for right skilling at all level across SSC and successfully manage the end state headcount of Headcount of more than 1000 employees with optimized cost structure.

- This role will also be responsible for designing and communicating employer brand value proposition to position SSC as an Employer of Choice.

- Head facility management for Shared Services and ensure world class service for seamless and uninterrupted service delivery will be an additional responsibility for this role. The incumbent will also drive the Health Safety & Wellbeing & International Safety Rating System
