Head HR

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

- Support the Circle Leadership team in the development of the Local people agenda to deliver HR and Business priorities

- Supports the functional leadership team with the delivery of people initiatives( wrt TA, TM, capability building, culture etc), and reviews the effectiveness of these initiatives though the people survey and other HR metrics

- Drives the HR agenda ensuring that all employees and people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements

- Proactively manages the HR Business Partner supplier interfaces (Centres of Expertise, HR Services, local support etc) and manages Resourcing, L&D and Talent to ensure a seamless experience for Leaders, People Managers and Employees

- Oversees the provision of all local services i.e. Facilities, Associate manpower service providers etc

- Accountable for ensuring compliance to all applicable legislation

- Commercial acumen and Business Awareness

- Effective Communication & relationship management & influencing skills

- Good Functional depth & Established HR professional with Successful track record in HR Business Partnering and/ Generalist HR delivery

- Knowledge of legislations and employee relation matters

- People management Skill
