Global Head HR for one of the Leading Technology Services

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Global Human Resources Head coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs; manages the HR operations, Talent Management, and Recruitment team;

- Work collaboratively with executive management, Hiring managers, HR team, and other stakeholders to build a culture of excellence and innovation. In collaboration with leadership facilitate organizational structure/ design discussions and lead the rollout of the new management philosophy

- Provide tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, domestic and international employment agreements, benefit summaries, and compensation guidelines; maintain a high-quality central HR function, including appropriate technology, systems, and tools, including the use of metrics and people data to inform key decisions using HR Analytics.

- Manage the recruiting, selection process, and onboarding processes. Work with management to ensure the selection of the right candidates for all positions; including Employee Retention policy creation and implementation.

- To strategize employee retention efforts and execute employee training, internal promotion opportunities, issuing bonuses, and improving workplace policies and procedures.

- Manage the performance management process and facilitate improvement of performance management systems and training for domestic and international employees;

- Manage compensation and benefits administration and analysis.

- Ensure high-quality processes in the areas Talent Management with Learning and Development.

- Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies.

- Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR Managers and executives

- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to HR team.

- Work closely with Resource Management Group for the successful delivery of projects.

People Development : Responsible for successful execution of succession planning, competency development, performance management, productivity improvement, talent retention, career planning and development for the workforce in liaison with the department and BU heads.
