Job Description : As the HR Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategy to support organization's growth trajectory. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to create a positive and engaging work environment while developing and implementing initiatives that enhance the company culture, employee engagement, and recruitment strategy.

Client Details:

Our client is a growing global technology player with a presence in 10+ countries that is looking to strengthen their footprint in India.

Description:

- You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Human Resources agenda for India from hiring to compensation and benefits, learning & development to talent management

- You will drive the design and implementation of HR systems, policies, and processes in line with the overall business strategy of the organization

- You will lead the execution of culture and people strategy across defined strategic initiatives

- You will be providing direction, coaching and support to the HR team

Profile:

- Full time MBA from a tier 1 B-school is a must (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, MDI etc)

- At least 15 years experience in HR with at least 5 years driving end to end HR for an organization is a must

- Experience driving the full gamut of people practices including recruitment, business partnering, C&B, talent management, OD, culture is a must have.

- Experience working with a technology/ product organization is good to have
