Background to the role:
Our client is a US headquartered Technology firm that is funded by some marquee investors. As the business partner to the senior leadership team, the role leads the HR function and is expected to drive growth through a well oiled people strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire HR function across all Centers of Excellences (COEs) like HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Engagement & Retention, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), HR audits and HR operations.
- Own HR policies, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and HR budgets.
- Lead and manage talent acquisition and drive resource and capacity planning.
- Develop and drive HR technology implementation and effective enablement.
- Lead and manage the HR team.
- Lead the office administration and travel functions.
Education & Experience:
- 12 to 20 years of HR experience with mid sized services (IT/Analytics/KPO/Legal/Research/Business) / product / B2B startup companies.
- Post Graduate / MBA in Human Resources from a well known institute in India / abroad.
