ROLE : Head HR (Vice President Grade)- Startup Experience is Mandatory

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 15 years' experience in total out of which 7 years startup Tech

Job Requirements :

1. MBA with a specialization in HR. 15 years of HR experience out of which 7 years must be Tech Startup experience.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

3. Ability to influence and manage relationships

4. A Team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
