- Leading end-to-end Human Resources for a Seed startup from talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, strategy and ensuring implementation of processes and policies
- Work closely with the founders and senior stakeholders to drive organization culture and foster growth
Ideal candidate :
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles including Talent acquisition, HRBP, Talent Management and HR Strategy
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a must
- Prior experience with startups is a must have and experience taking a startup from 0 to 1 scale is good to have
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence
