Responsibilities :
- Maintain a positive & healthy environment.
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
- Onboarding & conducting induction of new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Assist in employee engagement strategies.
- Implement best HR strategies at workplace.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Manage the attendance and leave management.
- Align with other teams & ensure smooth functioning
Qualifications :
- MBA in HR or Master's in HRM from Tier-1/Tier-2 Institute.
- 6-9 years of experience in Managerial Profile.
Requirements :
- Hands-on Team Handling experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
