Head HR - Startup
Responsibilities :
- The Head of HR role will be responsible for designing systems, processes and mechanisms to motivate engage and develop talent at BlissClub.
- The role will need to think systematically using technology and people levers to create the optimum environment for strong performance today and in the future.
- Strong customer focus, strong project management capability and a passion for creating high performance organizations.
- Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership.
- Be proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions.
- Conducting fair performance appraisal for the employees.
- Inculcating productive work culture for the employees.
- Ability to handle confidential information and be a trusted partner to the leadership team. Build trust and credibility within the organization.
- Keeping the management informed on HR and ER policies, as needed to preserve and facilitate company strategy.
