Knowledge
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- 10+ years of experience
- Understanding / experience of coaching and/or organizational psychology/behaviour would be an advantage
- Experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of talent & learning initiatives aligned to HR and Organisational strategy . Additionally, exposure to generalist HR function will be desired.
- Broad knowledge of talent & learning trends, techniques and approaches SKILLS
- Experience in the design, co-ordination and evaluation of learning initiatives
- Knowledge of organizational trends and Learning & Development technologies
- Have a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures
- First-hand experience of resolving a broad spectrum of employee relations issues
- Experienced in rolling out employee engagement initiatives and implementation of Human Resources change projects
- Experience in presenting and facilitating
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Mentoring and Coaching skills
- Good project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking, commercial awareness and astuteness
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously, both as part of the HR team and as part of the business areas the role supports.
