Experience in IT/Media companies is preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic HR Planning:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company's business objectives.

- Develop and implement HR plans and initiatives that support the company's growth and expansion goals.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the recruitment of top software engineering and IT talent.

- Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly.

- Implement talent management strategies, including career development and succession planning.

Performance Management:

- Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees.

- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Employee Relations:

- Act as a mediator and advisor in employee relations matters.


- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Assist in the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top tech talent.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.

Learning and Development:

- Identify training needs and work with the Learning and Development team to provide relevant training and development opportunities.

- Support career development and growth initiatives.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

- Track and report key HR metrics, including turnover rates, diversity statistics, and employee engagement.

- Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Compliance and Policy Enforcement:

- Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.

- Implement and enforce HR policies consistently and fairly.
