Head - Human Resources (Rural Business Finance) - As the Leadership person from HR team for Rural Business, you will lead that charge and will help formulate and execute the Talent Strategy and People practices at the organisation. - You will create and shape the strategies for Talent acquisition, Development, Engagement and Retention such that people at the organisation to give their personal best, working together as a team towards the company's Vision and reinforcing its values. - Sourcing the best talent from across sectors and working with the Communications team to develop a strong brand image to attract talent - Shifting the focus in the organisation towards talent development across all verticals and teams, through well designed programs and opportunities, professional growth and designing growth paths or opportunities for all individuals - Co-creating a dynamic organisation structure in partnership with the CEO/Business Heads/CHRO and external partners that fosters a culture of innovation, excellence and collaboration. - Guiding and supporting the design and implementation of an effective HRIS - Leading through culture by developing the HR team as a strong advocate for the company's core values. What your role will entail ; as a Leadership Team Member: - Leading and managing the board subcommittee on HR - Supporting all vertical heads for effective decision making linked to our people - Partnering the businesses through Performance Management & Rewards, Employee Engagement, Organization Restructuring, Career Development, Talent Management, Learning Initiative, Employee Lifecycle Management and Market Intelligence. - Responsible for the entire Lifecycle Management of employee from pre- hire to exit - Recruitment across mid and senior levels, staffing and organizational planning - Developed, implemented and proactively managed strategies/ practices to attract retain and develop the best available talent across levels thereby meeting the current and growing business needs. - Support business needs through the delivery of tailor made HR solutions and work with Line managers as a strategic business partner and employee sponsor. Experience: - 15+ years of relevant HR generalist work experience especially working in a Financial services organisation with a strong rural presence. Strong people management skills - Previous experience of managing large teams and projects is preferred Education: MBA in Human Resources from a reputed Institute Note: Only candidates from Financial Services background will be considered.
