Position: HR Head
Job Requirements
- Understand the business and its core operating culture, and tailor all recruitment and retention strategy to driving and promoting that culture.
- Build the brand into one of the most attractive places to work for the best in the country.
- Manage end to end recruitment of candidates across levels preferably from internet/ e-commerce/ IT product organizations
- Engage new comers by showing them that this organization is the right place for them to grow
- Responsible for the employees- performance review process and subsequent appraisals
- Work closely with all teams to understand pain points/grievances from an HR (work environment and culture) perspective and genuinely address them both efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement policies, programs and processes which make the work environment at the company conducive to providing awesome experiences
- Work with key stakeholders and devise learning, development and training programs to build a culture of continuous growth
Key Skills/ Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience, candidate should be within 38 years of age
- Proven ability to build the HR function, introduce policies & best practices, manage the performance management cycles and partner with the business
- Should be able to lead a diverse, high-performing and dynamic set of people
- Must be hands-on and able to advise on nitty- gritties of the HR function
- Should have experience in scale-up of business and headcount
- Should have managed a decent team size of 10 or more

- Preferred trajectory: Having worked with large-scale, established brands and then high-growth start-ups
- B2C internet companies that have large feet-on-street population as well as sales force
