Education: Premier B School MBA in HR 2005/06/07 batch with experience in Retail/FMCG

- The Head of HR will support an on roll employee base 2000+ employees in India.

- This position has HR generalist/ specialist, people leadership and management responsibilities, including developing, managing, implementing, and integrating HR practices and programs and guidelines for the business.

- Responsible for developing and leading a team of HR professionals.

- Role requires close partnership with all functional leads like operations, marketing, SC, training, finance etc.
