Responsible for providing strategic and functional leadership to the Human Resources function in the organization. Partner with the leadership team in developing, executing and managing HR processes & systems that lead to higher productivity, higher engagement and a positive culture within the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Works with the leadership and develops human resources strategies in line with organizational objectives
- Ensures a client-focused HR team that implements operational and strategic people-based activities including organisational design and development, learning and talent development, resourcing and talent planning, reward and recognition, HR service delivery and information.
- Challenges and coaches the leadership on employee engagement, building organisation effectiveness and acting as an agent for change.
- Understand the business and its core operating culture, and tailor all recruitment and retention strategy to driving and promoting that culture.
- Build the brand into one of the best places to work for in the country
- Work with key stakeholders to build a culture of continuous growth
Job Requirements :
- A Masters in Human Resources with at least 12 to 15 years of experience in an HR leadership role in Retail / Service / IT industry handling all aspects of Human Resources
- Innovate, take risks and think like a business leader
- Ability to influence decision making at various levels of the organization and support the Management team and the Board on all critical decisions
- Should have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Self-starter with high energy levels
- Ability to think and act strategically under pressure
- Flexible with work location and time
