- Strategic HR Business Partner to the Chairman/Managing Director &amp; CEO, Director on all people and business related matters/decisions. - Review &amp; improvise strategic HR processes in the areas of Talent Management and Development, Succession Planning, Capability building, establishing and sustaining a High Performance Culture, Talent Attraction and Retention, Employee Relations, compliances, streamlining HR costs and Total Reward, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management system and HR Transformation initiatives. - Lead on Reward and recognition - Leading and providing guidance and support to the HR team. - Develop a robust performance management and appraisal system in support of organizational goals - Mapping skills of individuals across hierarchical levels, conducting training need assessment surveys and utilizing information to plan &amp; schedule training activities. - Design and execute retention and engagement strategy - Responsible for overall people management processes &amp; management of manpower budgets for corporate, plant &amp; Sales operations. - Handling employee grievances - Oversee General Administration functions including Security Management, In &amp; Out Management, Transportation, Canteen, Guest House Administration. - Planning and conducting Employee Welfare activities with the objective of increasing a sense of belongingness amongst employees. - Monitor and administer the HR budget v/s spent &amp; ensure all expenses are controlled within the budget. - MIS records of all HR activities implemented.
