We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources, for a growing organization in real estate industry. The Head of HR will lead the HR function and provide strategic direction to the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities -
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Manage the HR budget and report on HR metrics to the senior management team
- Ensure the HR team is trained and equipped to provide a high level of HR support to the organization
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate/co-working spaces setup
- MBA from a premium institute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with organizational goals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
