Looking for a HR Head for a Real Estate Company.

The position is based in Bangalore.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met.

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and HR initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets

- Drive HR Strategies, Systems, Policies, Processes and Best practices to set the industry benchmarks.

- Liaise with the Business Head and Functional Heads to understand their manpower requirements on a regular basis and ensure adherence to overall manpower budget

- Build talent and capabilities and Assess the workforce's current capabilities.

- Build a leadership pipeline at all levels to ensure seamless and rapid growth.

- Forecast talent needs and develop a formal plan to attract, develop and deploy talent. Oversee external recruiting and succession management

- Orchestrate learning skills and career development

Ideal candidate :

- At least 15 years of experience in HR Generalist roles including Talent acquisition, HRBP, Talent Management and Leading teams

- Prior experience with a Real Estate sector is desired

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
