- We are hiring Head HR for a Pharma Company based in Mumbai.

- Implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures

- Drive the HR strategy by working closely with the partners and leaders

- Oversees the manpower budgeting and workforce planning

- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with company's objectives

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals

- Responsible for annual HR processes such as talent, performance management, compensation review, learning & development, talent acquisition, managing employee relations, and enhancing policies as needed.

- Ensure the organization is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

- Lead and manage HR initiatives that drive organizational change and continuous improvement.

Location : Mumbai

MBA from Premier B schools only.
