Job Description :

- Head the entire gamut of HR in the organization

- Monitor the end-to-end life cycle of the employees and introduce HR best practices

Client Details : Our Client is a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company based out of Indore and is looking for a Head HR

Description :

- Liaison with other functional/departmental head to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development. Ensure that they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements

- To develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department and focus on culture building

- To tweak the HR activities and customize them basis the need of the organization

- Drive employee engagement and track the performance to switch up the productivity

- Play an instrumental role in scaling up the organization with the expansion plans

- Actively engage in ensuring Payroll, compliance are being followed

Profile:

- 15-20 years of experience in Manufacturing space

- Handled an employee base of more than 1500 employees
