Your Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives. - Develop a hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for resources appropriately - Propose an aggressive, yet achievable staffing plans to the hiring teams - Implement new processes and refine existing processes in recruiting that fits within the organizational goals - Independently manage few business-critical requisitions - Build and maintain the network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management - Lead the organisation's employee engagement and competency-based performance management - Plan and execute all the stages - Goal Setting, Quarterly, Mid-Year, Annual Assessment process - Review the performance appraisal data and ensure real-time and continuous feedback is given to employees throughout the year - Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning &amp; talent retention - Define L&amp;D strategy, design and deliver L&amp;D solutions to support the organisational change using a blend of methodologies including computer-based, self-managed learning, remote delivery, classroom and on job learning as appropriate - Provide development by coaching and 1 to 1 support - Keep up to date with current thinking on training practice and methods; e-learning development and external vendor based training - Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data with the aim of creating a better working environment based on organisational values.
