Looking to recruit Head - Human Resources for our client. Must have worked with an Oil & Gas/ EPC / Contracts company.

Responsibilities :

1 Entire HR

- Implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, programs and practices.

- Spearhead the development of department goals, objectives and systems.

- Develop all HR policies and procedures and systematically reviewed in line with statutory requirements and organizational changes.

2 Staffing :

- Establish and lead staffing practices and procedures necessary to recruit.

- Working with internal departments to design, develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet and support external (clients) talent and manpower needs

3 Performance Management

- Implement, Plan, develop, and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to help the staff with the strategic goals of the company

- Lead the implementation of a performance management system

4 Organizational Development & Culture Building

- Direct a process of organizational development that addresses issues such as succession planning, workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, workflow efficiency and change management

- Facilitate organizational development projects aimed improving customer orientation & execution focus in the HO team

5 Employee Relations

- Formulate and recommend Human Resources policies and objectives for the firm that will establish a positive employer employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and that comply with policies and procedures

6 Training and Development

- Oversee training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on the job operational training, department special training, management development, and new hire orientation and on boarding

Ideally an MBA / Masters with over 15 years of experience in the Human Resource function, having handled a strategic functional role for at least 2 years.
