Triune Energy Services is a Design Engineering & Consultancy Company focused on Oil & Gas Production, Refining, Petrochemicals & Pipelines. Established in 1990, it is now one of the largest private engineering companies in India. Our projects can be seen across the world, from Brazil to the Middle East to Korea.

The founder of the company, continues at the helm of the company as Chairman. He is supported by the COO and various functional experts who head their respective departments. We are currently 200 people strong and our ambition is to scale upto 500 in the next few years.


Reports to the COO. The purpose of this role is to partner effectively with the department leaders to drive the performance potential and deliver the long term growth agenda of the company.


Talent & Capability

- Develop and deploy talent plans to future proof the business with right talent and capabilities. Keep employees motivated

- Develop and execute technical & leadership training programs

- Leverage Talent Engagement model and employer brand in talent acquisition

Organization & Culture

- Recommend to the C-suite, organization decisions that will drive commercial success and operation model efficiency

- Own headcount / overheads management and drive organisation efficiency

- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement

HR Business Partnership

- Build trusted partnership with department leaders Department Heads to deliver people solutions supporting overall business objectives

- Effectively use employee data and reports to generate insights to support people and organisation decisions

- Leverage performance management and reward process to motivate and drive performance


- Ensure all regulatory and legal submissions are made in an effective and timely manner
