Location : Ulsoor in Bangalore. Office based job. 5 days a week of which 1 day is work from home and 4 days work from office.

Position : Head HR. Team leading role.

Reporting to: Japanese Expat who is India VP.

JOB PURPOSE:

- Designing, implementing, and managing programs of compensation and benefits and job analysis for employer.

- This position also involves conducting comprehensive job analyses to ensure accurate job descriptions and fair compensation structures. This position will provide expert guidance, lead initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the organization's compensation and benefits strategies.
