Looking for people with Startup experience in a specialist HR role, who will lead L&D, Engagement and recruitment for a growing organisation in NGO/EdTech space

1) Create Personalized Growth Plans for Team Members (about 25 of them):

Key Skills required for this- Team nurturing, training program planning

We have some amazingly talented people on our team. They are passionate about the work they do, highly inspired and driven. This will consist of about 3 subjects that each team member needs to master in the year. And you, as our HR head will be responsible for creating their training path for them.

2) Planning- Engaging Weekly Meetings for the Team (52 Meetings in 2024):

- As our HR head, you'll be the mastermind behind our weekly Monday meetings that are held online, making sure they're not just meetings, but experiences that everyone looks forward to.

3) Hiring People from our Own Community:

- We believe that often some amazing people who join Satvic Movement come from our own vibrant community
