Job Profile:
- Partner with the business and build an HR culture.
- Drive organization agenda from a people perspective
- Develop & implement learning and HR strategies across the business.
- Design, development and implement interventions tailored to meet the needs of the business.
- Implement programs that facilitate building culture in the organization.
- Oversee and manage Recruitment, Talent Management, OD and PMS from a broader perspective
Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience
- Self - starter, who can work independently.
- Can manage blue and white-collar workers
- Open to travel occasionally
- High maturity levels as the incumbent will be partnering with stakeholders.
