Function: Human Resources

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Head Office, Mumbai

- A strategic business HR leader with multi faceted experience across HR functions.

- Track record of creating high performance culture and robust development programs

- Ability to conceptualize and execute key projects while leading the HR function

- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to support business goals.

- Experience of having managed large teams and a large span (10K+) of employees.

- Preferably with an experience in Consumer Tech firm

- Driven key projects on Organizational Transformation, revamping of HR Operations, enhancing Talent Acquisition and Management capabilities
