JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand strategic goals of the business and develop and deploy HR strategies that align with these goals.

- Develop workforce plans and staffing models to advance new business plans. This will involve talent acquisition and the widening and deepening of the talent pool to build hi-performance teams at various levels.

- Define compensation philosophy & strategy, competencies and career paths across levels and functions - all in order to attract and retain superior talent

- Create a high-performance culture, to support aggressive business growth

- Build an employer brand to make the company an employer of choice

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- MBA in Human Resources from a Premier Institute, with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience.

- Broad expertise in: organizational behavior, change management, talent management, policy implementation, employee relations and communications.

- Evaluation and implementation of systems and processes in medium to large business environments.

- Proficient with leading best practices in people management and evaluation of performance across diverse teams and structures.
