Job Description :


- As the Head of Human Resources you will drive recruitment, employer branding, and strategy, you will lead a team and drive the strategic direction of People and Culture function at the organisation.


Client Details :

Our client is an Indian manufacturing technology organisation (around 250 headcount) headquartered in Hyderabad that is looking to hire a strong Head HR to set up their people practise.

Description :

- Drive Business Results: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, align HR strategies with business goals, and provide insights to optimize workforce productivity and performance.

- Deploy Manpower Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive manpower planning initiatives, including workforce analysis, talent acquisition, and succession planning, to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

- Capability Building: Identify skill gaps and learning needs within the organization, partner with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver effective training programs, and support employee growth and career development.

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, promotions etc. while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.

- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve retention.

- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the impact of HR programs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Profile :

- Comes with at least 10 years experience in HR post Master's degree in Human Resources

- Experience with a manufacturing organisation is a must have

- Demonstrated track record of driving business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives

- Strong expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition, and talent management.

- Experience in designing and delivering capability-building programs and employee development initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure HR impact.
